Ever get tired of losing your custom toolbars when you upgrade to a new release of AutoCAD?  Follow the instructions below to be able to export a profile and never have to reconfigure a toolbar again.  It is recommended that you save a copy of your profile to your local hard drive before proceeding any further.

1) Click the Tools pulldown menu on the menu bar: 
2) Now click Options on the Tools menu: 

3) Select the Profile tab on the Options dialog: 
4) Now select the profile you would like to export: 
5) On the right side of the Options dialog, select the Export button: 



6) In the Save in: dropdown box, navigate to your local hard drive: 
7) At the bottom of the Options dialog in the File name: dropdown, type yourname.arg (yourname being your actual name): 
8) Now click the save button to exit and save your profile:
