All code will be downloadable and free of charge. Our Software section will take the longest to develop. We have set a release date of March 08 for the first program. Check back soon for updates.

Drafting Services is our most anticipated section. I am currently employed fulltime as a Senior Drafter/Project Coordinator. The services I offer are producing shop drawings and tickets for Precast, Cast Stone & Structural Steel. I also have experience modeling buildings and producing shop drawings with Revit Structure.  I am commited to a minimum of 20 hours a week and can be increased if necessesary. I have been in the precast industry for about 10 years. I have a variety of projects under my belt including but not limited to Hospitals, Colleges, Office Buildings, Parking Decks, Air Traffic Control Tower, Courthouses, Federal Buildings, Hotels, Hollowcore and Structural & Miscellaneous Steel. Rates vary depending on the type of project and the complexity. I prefer to work on a lump sum basis. I try to offer a low cost to you which means, you receive quality work at a low price and I receive supplemental income. I will provide example shop drawings and tickets for recent precast/cast stone projects when requested.  I can either email the files, send you a CD or load the drawings to my ftp site.
